Subject: [Xen-devel] [PATCH] allow make O=/path/to/build/dir ARCH=XEN

kbuild allows building outside the source tree. this is useful when
building multiple configs (such as privileged and unprivileged domains).
this patch unbreaks this feature for xen-linux.
